Overview
Random Events can be quite annoying sometimes, however, they can also be very rewarding! There are many different random events in RuneScape. I will attempt to get all of them and list them here for your viewing.

Reason Being
So, why are there random events in RuneScape? The reason behind it is macroers. Have you ever gotten a random while doing something over and over for a long period of time? This is because macros do things over and over again. The macroing account will be... ohh let's say they are cutting wood. The random event comes and talks to them and they can't respond. They will be killed, teleported, or get a mysterious box in their inventory. That is why there are random events in RuneScape. Random events are also to get rewards and presents.

Random Event List
I am going to list all of the random events that I have found in RuneScape so far. Here I go...

Cap'n Hand
Just talk to him and he will give you an uncut gem or coins. If you do not he will start attacking you. I got him by mining.

Drunken Dwarf
Talk to him to get a kebab and a beer. He attacks you if you don't! You have to be 21 to drink! I got him while mining.

Evil Chicken
Appears out of nowhere and starts attacking you with noise blasts. Run away from it and it will disappear.

Frog Princess
A bunch of frogs appear and hop around until you talk to the frog with the special crown on. This is the frog princess. You kiss her and she turns into a woman with a white dress on. She gives you a frog token that you take to the Varrock clothes store to redeem for a Frog Mask or Prince Outfit. If you do not kiss the frog, she transforms you into one and teleports you to a swamp. You talk to the frog princess again to get out. (If you are female, the frog transforms into a frog prince not princess.)

Genie
A genie appears and hovers near you. Talk to him and he gives you a Magic Lamp. Rub the lamp and click on the skill you want to upgrade. Depending on what level you are for that skill, you get a different amount to XP. If you do not talk to him, he teleports you to Wizard's Tower or somewhere else.

Miles
Miles is a man with a suit case that pops up and asks you what object he has. Answer correctly for a prize.

Mime
You get teleported to a stage and have to copy the mime's emotions. If you do them correctly, you get a new emote or part of a mime costume.

Mysterious Box
The old man appears and gives you a box. Open the box and click on the correct button. If you get the question worng, the box will duplicate in your inventory!

Mysterious Old Man
The old man appears. All you have to do is talk to him to get the reward. You will get coins or an uncut gem.

Pickaxe Head Falls Off
While mining and hitting your rock, your pick head may fly off and onto the ground. Unequip the pick handle and pick up the head. Use the head with the handle to repair your pickaxe.

Rick Turpentine
Talk to Rick and see that he is no longer a criminal, he is donating to his past victims. You get some coins or a gem.

Rock Golem
While mining, once in a while, a Rock Golem will appear and start hitting you or throwing rocks at you. Run away from it and it will disappear.

Sergeant Damien
I got him after I was merchanting an hour and then tried to teleport. As soon as i pressed the teleport button he showed up. Damien takes you to a training course. All you have to do is do the exercise he says and you will get the reward. You get a Camo Helmet, Camo Shirt, or Camo Pants. If you have all three you get 500 coins.

Smoking Rock
While mining, sometimes the rock will start to smoke. There is really gas coming out of the rock and if you mine it, it will explode, break your pick, and damage you! To repair your pickaxe, go to Nurmof (I call him NumbFoot.) in the Dwarven Mines.

Sandwich Lady
This lady appears and says that you look hungary and offers you something to eat. If you take what she says then you are okay. If you chose incorrectly, she knocks you out and it says you wake up sometime later in an unfamiliar place.
